Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing (Dairy Free!)

I am SO addicted to this HEALTHY yummy salad dressing!  Its SO simple to make! As you probably know from reading this blog, MOST salad dressings you buy in the store are JUNK! (Even the "natural and organic" ones!) Here is one salad dressing you AND your body will LOVE!

I use a blender.

1. Add approximately 1 cup macadamia nuts to the blender and pulverize as much as possible.
Remember to properly prepare your nuts but soaking in Celtic Sea Salt over night. You can dehydrate them for this recipe OR use in the morning after they are soaked (non dehydrated)

2. Add the following to the blender:

Chop 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic/chopped/minced
1/4 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt
1/4 tsp of Dry Mustard
2 TBSP of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (or more)
2TBSP of Edens Organic Red Wine Vinegar (or more)
1 tsp of Honey (optional) or 5 drops of liquid Stevia

Blend for a few seconds

Add 2/3 cup of Organic Olive Oil

Blend for a few seconds

Add approximately 1/2 c water

Blend for 2 minutes (or more) until creamy

Transfer to small glass mason jar (Walmart has a TON of these in stock right now!) and store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.

This dressing tastes fabulous as a chicken salad base, as a dip on a variety of bell peppers/sugar snap peas, or straight out of the jar! It's REALLY amazing and loaded with nutrients!
