Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Here ya go!

This is from Edie at Healthy, Hopeful, and Whole:
This dressing reminds me of Portillo's Oriental Chicken Salad dressing one of my fav's back in the day!). When I went to Portillo's web site to look up the ingredients in their dressing, sure enough, the nutritional info was NOT available! (sigh...)
Needless to say, Edie's ingredients ARE available! Here they are!
2 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
2 TBSP Naturally Fermented Soy Sauce or Tamari (I used Tamari)
2 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP Sesame Oil (this is SO GOOD!)
1 tsp of Sesame Seeds (I used more :)
2 tsp grated Fresh Ginger
4 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Store in glass mason jar in fridge.
SUPER quick and easy to make!
I added:
Shredded Carrot
Variety of Bel Peppers
Holy smokes, this was AMAZING! Tasted JUST like the Portillo's salad!
A must try!
