Yet another AMAZING post from Elana's Pantry!
http://www.elanaspantry.com/
I post a LOT of recipes from her site. If you have not checked her out yet, please do! I am her #1 fan! LOL!
I made this recipe this morning and to be honest I was skeptical. No flour? Hmmm? BUT turned out AWESOME!
I did not use honey but used Stevia instead.
Preheat Oven at 325 degrees
Use a 8x8 pyrex like dish and coat with coconut oil
1/2 cup of creamy almond butter (I used Trader Joes with salt)
2 eggs
2 TBSP of honey (I used 10 drops of Organic Liquid Stevia)
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp of Stevia (I just used the 10 drops--that's it!)
1/4 tsp of celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 TBSP cinnamon
Using a hand held mixer, I mixed all the wet ingredients. Then, I added dry ingredients.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
I can't say enough at how YUMMY this is! Try it! Its so easy to make as well! I might add raisins to this next time!
Have a happy and healthy week!

This sounds delicious; I look forward to trying it! BTW - I made the most delicious and moist brownies ever using an Elana reipe with only almond butter - no flour - and cocoa powder etc. Totally recommend that recipe too - on her website!
