This recipe is one of our favorites!
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
3 eggs
1 TBSP vanilla
1/4 tsp of Orange Extract (or more)
1/2 tsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
15 drops of Liquid Stevia
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter (melted)
Wisk above ingredients together then add dry ingredients below:
3 cups of Digestive Wellness Almond Flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp aluminum free baking soda
Mix well
Spoon 1/2 of mix into 12 cupcake liners
Drop 1 tsp of Trader Joes Reduced Sugar Jelly (any flavor)
Then spoon remainder of mix to top off cupcakes
Bake for 20 minutes
