Lemon Butter Sugar Snap Peas

Boil 2 ½ cups of sugar snap peas for about 5 minutes

Toast ½ cup slivered almonds

Drain peas
Place back in pan and add:
2 TBSP butter
½ tsp grated lemon peal
¼ tsp celtic sea salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Add slivered almonds
Stir well
