Peanut Butter Cookies (with chocolate chips)


1 1/2 cups Digestive Wellness Almond Flour
½ tsp baking soda

1 cup crunchy REAL peanut butter
2 eggs (whisked)
1 TBSP vanilla
½ cup butter (melted or very soft)
2 TBSP Raw honey
10 drops of Liquid Organic Stevia
1 cup of Organic Chocolate Chips (optional)

            Combine all wet ingredients and mix well
            Combine all dry ingredients and mix well
        Drop by TBSP on a prepared baking sheet.
        Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
        Remove from oven and let cool

NOTE: These are NOT overly sweet. IF you want them to be sweet, please add more sweetener of choice.
