Pecan Pork

Do you want a mouth-watering dinner? Well then, make Pecan Pork!

Ingredients Needed:
1 pack of Organic Pork Cutlets
Digestive Wellness Pecan Flour (or grind your own pecan flour in a food processor)
1 egg
Olive Oil/Grapeseed Oil
Celtic Sea Salt

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Scramble one egg
Mix with ¼ cup Olive oil

On a plate add the following:
1 cup Digestive Wellness Pecan Flour
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
¼ tsp pepper
Mix well

Prepare deep dish corning wear with grapeseed oil

Dip pork in egg/olive oil mixture and then dip into breading coating the pork cutlets well.

Place pork cutlets in corning wear
Top with slices of butter and sprinkle with Celtic Sea Salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
Bone in 30-40 minutes
