Soak 1-2
cups of black beans the night before with a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 pound of
organic grass fed ground beef
½ onion
diced
3 cloves
of garlic diced
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp
paprika
½ tsp chili
powder
½ tsp red
pepper
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp
Celtic Sea Salt
½ can
organic tomato sauce
¼ cup
water (optional)
1.
Prepare
beans. Cook for 1-1 ½ hours until tender

Sauté
garlic and onion (put to the side)
3.
Brown
ground beef
4.
Add
garlic, onion, spices, beans and optional water
Bring to
boil
Simmer for
15 minutes
