Cauliflower

I LOVE Cauliflower! You can do so much with it! I even use it in a pizza crust recipe! Here are 2 Recipes that I make often!




CURRY CAULIFLOWER






Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
1 head of Cauliflower broken into small chunks
Place in glass Pyrex baking dish or Corning Wear
Liberally Coat with Olive Oil 
Add:
1 tsp Curry Powder (Or more if you like!)
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Dash of Pepper

Cover with Aluminum Foil 
Cook for 45 Minutes until tender

Serve warm 


CAULIFLOWER MASHED POTATOES

Using 1 head of Cauliflower, break up into small chunks and steam Cauliflower until Soft
Drain
Add Steamed Cauliflower back to pan and add:
4 TBSP of Organic or Raw Butter
1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Mash

Optional:
1 tsp of Curry Powder

OR
4 cloves of Garlic diced
