Preheat
oven to 350
Mix:
1
Cup of Organic Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy) OR any nut butter will work
½
Cup of Coconut Palm Oil
½
Cup Coconut Palm Sugar
1
tsp Vanilla Extract
10
Drops of Liquid Stevia
2
eggs (mixed)
Add:
2
1/2 cups of Digestive Wellness Almond Flour
1
tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Mix
well
Grease
baking sheet with preferred oil
Roll
dough into balls and place on baking sheet and press down with palm
Then
press down with thumb to make an imprint in center
Add
a very small dollop of jelly of choice to center of cookie
OR
a Chocolate Chip!
Bake
for 10-12 mintues
Cool!
Makes
25 cookies
